Sleep deprived
Feb. 18th, 2015 08:59 amThis is getting ridiculous, I just want to sleep. I just got an upgrade on my Fitbit and have just started tracing my sleep. Wow I really don't sleep!!!! Most days I get less than 6 hrs and that includes at least 2 - 4 wake ups and somewhere around 30-50 minutes of restless sleep.
No wonder I am always tired!!!!!
I really just want to sleep well when I sleep is it to much to ask?
At least I can track it now. This may need medical intervention, though I'm going to try a few things first, I really don't want sleep med's.
